League Leaders

After accepting our proposal there will be a hassle free experience for all league and organizational leaders.  We handle all communications, the ordering process, scheduling, the picture day experience, processing, and delivery. Everything!

Communications

• We will ask for the league contact list and email your coaches and families directly.
• We send three emails to the contact list.
  • An initial email will be sent introducing our professionals. It will provide the necessary links and information for online ordering and the basic schedule for the day.
  • We will send two additional emails to the league as we near the Picture Day, reminding them to ask for orders and the of the overall schedule for their day.

Orders

• We keep it simple and offer your families five (5) Comprehensive Packages that can include physical prints and digital downloads.
• We provide the ability for your parents to buy ad-on specialty merchandise that others don’t offer.
• We’ve made ordering as easy as possible. Our website offers all customers ease of access for pre-ordering, proofing, and re-orders.

Scheduling

• We have over 20 years of experience and schedule down to the minute. We provide an easily online scheduler to make sure everyone knows when and where to be.
• Coaches will be notified to select their fifteen-minute time slot online.
• Families will then be notified by email their family’s Picture Day date and time, with an accompanying link to the schedule. We will send out reminder emails as well.

The Picture Day Experience

• We will be on-site to setup and make sure everything is ready for your families 30 minutes before the first scheduled shoot.
• Our greeter will be waiting for you families to check in.
• We will ensure that each family has their online order receipt ready for our photography team.
  • If not, they will be provided one of our “day-of” order forms.
  • We offer three ways to pay for “day-of” orders. (on-site credit card reader, check, or cash)
• Take their individual picture and then team pictures all within in their 15 minute scheduled time.

Processing

• We all process all orders in-house in our state of the art print shop. We do everything from the actual print of the pictures to making specialty products like water bottles.
• Not happy with the pictures, we do retakes at no cost to you or the families.
• Want more pictures? We do unlimited reorders.

Delivery

• We deliver all orders directly to the organizational leadership to eliminate shipping and handling costs.

FOR PARENTS AND FAMILIES

Pre-Picture Day

• Families should expect 3 direct emails from our team.
  • Emails will include direct links for pre-ordering, the schedule for your Picture Day, and the Picture Day location.
  • Emails will be sent on a schedule that reminds your family of the upcoming day.

The Picture Day

• You will be checked-in by one our professional greeters.
  • If you ordered online, we will collect your receipt and take your picture.
  • If you still need to order a package or some products, we will hand you a “day-of” order form. You can pay with cash, check, or use our onsite credit card reader.
• Take your pictures quickly!
  • Fifteen minutes in and out, for both individual and team photos.
• Fast and efficient.
  • We keep the Picture Day process efficient and friendly. Your family will know exactly where to be and when to be there.

Post Picture Day

• The pictures arrive! We deliver all orders directly to league leaders to eliminate shipping and handling costs.
• Want more?! We have unlimited reorders online!
• Not happy?! We do all re-takes for FREE.
